I lead the development of a critical software solution used by over 1,000 artists across various departments, significantly improving production workflows and end user quality of life. My responsibilities included continuously integrating modern VFX technologies and techniques to improve our in-house systems and workflows, including AI tools. Working directly with the development teams of world-class, industry-standard softwares, we prioritized and implemented new tools and features tailored to my organization's needs.
